Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with personal hygiene care, including diaper changes, dressing, and cleaning.
- Assist with mobility, transfers, and positioning using wheelchairs or mobility aids.
- Monitor vital signs such as temperature, pulse, respiration, and blood pressure as directed.
- Assist with feeding, ensuring children are able to eat and drink safely and comfortably.
- Follow the care plan based on each child’s specific condition.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe environment for the children.
- Document and report any changes in the child’s condition to the healthcare team.
- Provide recreational support and engage in therapeutic activities as needed.
Qualifications:
- Experience working with children, preferably those with disabilities, is a plus.
- Willingness to train in other areas of the clinic to maximize efficiency.
- Ability to Lift, stand, walk, bend, and reach for extended periods
- Strong understanding of the needs and care plans of children with disabilities.
- Compassionate and patient, with the ability to work well in a team environment.
- Ability to lift and assist children with mobility and daily activities.
- Basic first aid and CPR certification required.
- Pediatric Healthcare: 2 years (Required)
